looking to get the Nikon macro flash system with the 2- sb r200 flashes and was just wondering how useful these were in other scenarios, fill lighting back light ect. also what is the min recycle time / battery life like? for the most part i do sports photography, but am laid up for a few months with a broken leg so looking at getting in to macro fro the time being. thanks
