Than by finding a nice sunny spot by the lake and taking a standing nap in the nude. So refreshing.

I'm procrastinating on editing photos that I should be editing, and instead I'm combing through older shoots and editing 2nd picks. Alex was in direct sunlight so he had to keep his eyes shut between shots; I snapped this one with his eyes still closed because it reminded me of Peter Pan when I was looking through the viewfinder.

The eyes closed give this a real natural feel, like he is just enjoying the heat of the sun on him, instead just modeling.

Rather than reduce the ISO in the direct light I compensated with a faster shutter speed.
