When all you have is lemons........................... I dragged the tripod out by 1 hand, and again with 1 hand lobbed the camera up there. Took a few shots of my recovery tools.
The Polar Cube! It's filled with ice and water, then plugged in and it circulates through tubes to the pad that lays on my shoulder area.
Another Polar Cube shot.
And the last Cube with pad.
I had the 100 macro on, and was too afraid to pull the setup backwards with one hand to get it all in the frame. Sorry.
This little goo-hitchie attaches to electrodes on pads, then attached to the arm, back and shoulder area. There are many different settings, voltages and twitching goals.............. I can get my entire shoulder and arm dancing like Baby in Dirty Dancing LOL!!!!!
Light off.........
Light on.
Just those few shots were excruciating! My shoulder hurts now, but as long as I don't twist and reach in a certain way, it's okay for the exercise value. No critique needed, I know they're just snapshots. Humor me, I'm sick. <snif>
