Noise/reflection help

I hope this is the right place for this. I've been having a lot of trouble with an increase in noise when I scan my prints, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for decreasing or completely removing it in Photoshop without utterly destroying detail. I was also wondering if there's any easy way to remove unwanted reflections on glass that detract from photo quality. Thanks in advance.

I use NeatImage for noise reduction and I am satisfied with the results. I believe its a free demo download so you can try risk free.

As for reflections, a polarizer filter can help but the effectiveness will be dependent upon the angles between the light source, the window, and your camera.
