I've got a similar reaction. I think there's something there to this photo but the quasi-sepia finish doesn't work for it. I think if you also crop the top (sky) and right side off, it becomes a sea of canvas with the woman as the focal point.

I like the way he caught her, half step and her head is in a position like she is searching for someone. The way he put her in the middle suggest me that it's not just about her but everything else that is happening around. I would trim a bit from the left though.

I just realised that I haven't said anything more than "nice" and "like it" in threads lately. Got to change that!
