Looks like he let you get right up close to shoot so no need to crop down I think in this one - really great with the smaller birds. Was you shutter speed really 1/3200? if so then I would question what you ISO was way up at 400 since you could easly drop the shutter speed without loss of quality to use a low - less noisy - ISO
