Was you shutter speed really 1/3200? if so then I would question what you ISO was way up at 400 since you could easly drop the shutter speed without loss of quality to use a low - less noisy - ISO

I was shooting Blue Jays farther away and they were more in some shade so i had the ISO up high enough to get them sharper. Then this guy landed and i quickly changed the S.S so i could get him before he noticed me.
