First is a 3 shot pano combined in Photoshop. The second two are each single shots, cropped down. I'm new to shooting combined shot panos, so the exposure isn't quite right across the three photos in the first.

Nice harbor pano. The pier should almost come down in the crop just a bit. It would be great where it is if the negative space of the water were filled with something, like a boat.

Thanks. Are you talking about the first or second harbor pic? The pier comes out more or less perpendicular to the shore, but I walked about 200 yards closer to the pier for the second shot, so the perspective difference is more than just focal length.
