Personally to me is too much white/burn in the left side expecially.
Maybe lack of contrast and sharpness....
But lets the gurus speak

Hi Deadpixel! Thanks for your input. I was concerned with the burn on the left side as well. I have been back and forth on if I like it or not.

I don't mind the white burn that much but I wish I could see just a little more of the shadow side of her face. Overall I like it though. Also she doesn't seem that all that concerned that she's somewhere she shouldn't be. Must be in the same club of indifference as my dog.

i like the composition of this photo a lot. after all, a dog's nose is so much 'dog'
