I like the image a lot, all that sheen is pretty nice. Could use a little NR, though.

I like it but letting the person take one step further would have improved it IMO. A niggling point I'm sure, but I'd prefer having the person & their reflection separate from the cranes reflection. No doubt there will be other reasons why my suggestion doesn't work as well...
