Not safe for snake lovers !!! (NSFSL)

[BillM]

I think we all know who this won't end well for

Well he gets points for trying to fight back !!!

But the fight didn't last long

He didn't mind me watching, as long as i didn't try to share dinner

Yum !!!!

I bet it tastes as good as it looks !!!

He didn' seem to mind so as he was eating i crawled within about 6 to 8 feet. But then had to back out just a little to focus lol

Thanks for looking

I had started my day with a 5 mile walk at Burrage then after a break I went to see Buddy

A few Burrage shots

And the biggest bird of the day

[C. Brian Kerr]

Wonderful set. Did you see him then just dropped and belly craw ?

[coastalconn]

sweet set!

[weepete]

Wow, he let you get really close Bill. I think my favourite is the one where the snake he's eating looks like some stringy cheese! All really good shots though.

[John Hunt]

Looks like you had a wonderful day.

Wow that's amazing. Beautiful shots

[MichaelHenson]

These are (as has already been said) amazing! My favorite is the first where you can see the snake with his mouth open before the dinner officially begins...

Thanks everyone, we think he could be related to Kris's hawk George. He just doesn't mind people. I was just walking along a field on my way to look for a snowy egret and saw him jump out of a tree, hard to tell what he caught at that point but once i go over there he was just more worried about other birds trying to get his dinner.

Just awesome!!

Thanks everyone, I am really enjoying the D7200 and Tamron 150-600 combo. I've only had the 7200 for two weeks and have already taken over 7000 shots with it.
