Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Its been a while, pretty sure I started a post that way a year or two ago

So back in July I was speaking to a friend of mine, who just happens to have a little Bird of Prey centre, about how cool it would be to photo an Owl with Comet Neowise in the background, later that night ...

One Tawny Owl
One Comet
One bucket with a wooden post cemented into it

I wish you did. Only seen one a couple of times. Hear them but rarely see them (the owl that is).

#2 is awesome.

Awesome image! #2 looks best but it would've looked better if there were more space in front of the owl.

Quite a bit of serendipity there! Very, very cool.

Very nice set!

Hi, Andy! Great to see you posting again! :icon_cheers:

These are terrific. What amazing captures! I'm not surprised to see one of these landing in POTM. Great work!

Many thanks everyone.

I'll probably be posting a bit more often than the 1 post every 1-2 years lol

Great images ...esp. #2 (ditto others sentiments). What lens did you use? Guessing a stronger zoom to get the comet to look decent size. I would've liked the owl to be a bit more centered. ...just me.
Lucky to have a friend with wildlife at your disposal. !!!

I used a Canon EOS 1DX II + Canon 24-70mm F2.8 II L, lens was at 30mm
