We found my cat in 2002, and her tail was about half as long as it should be. Her nubby tail has been one of her defining characteristics. When we moved into our new house, a squirrel came to visit that also had a nubby tail. I have since seen my cat and this squirrel sleeping outside in the same vicinity; my cat will not attack him. Thus, I have named him "Nub" and when I see him, I leave nuts for him to eat. I grabbed this shot of him eating with my 300, C&C is appreciated. I did my best to capture an interesting moment in a squirrel's life.

I wonder what happened to its tail. There aren't any squirrels in my neighborhood. I see plenty of chipmunks, rabbits, gophers etc but no squirrels. It looks good on my phone.

Nub is a cutie. His eye looks dull, and is the only minor distraction, I could see. Great DOF . Ed

Must. Resist. Nut. Jokes.

He looks like he appreciates the snack.

He's handsome!

How would I go about fixing his dull eye?

Feed him better.no clue on eye shining. Some one here will know how.

just edit it a little in post processing.
