They say something about having the new building erected within two years from now, something about 2008 was in the air... (if only I had taken NOTES... there were information signs up there somewhere, dang! )

Sorry but this topic is depressing. I recently read that Ground Zero was the most popular tourist attraction in NYC. :er:

I just heard yesterday that construction is to start today. Maybe it will happen if they could stop fighting about the design. Timetables for NYC construction = how much graft you are willing to pay.
