all feedback welcome

pics where taken about 6 months back

Hey the first one kind of blurs for me it looks nice but mushy for me. The bird is cool and I like the city shot but I would like to see it in color.

The colour shot of the city is much nicer than the BW version IMO.

I find overall that your images are all way too contrasty / saturated and a bit too busy for my taste. Could be your shooting style, which is totally fine, its just totally not mine.

When posting images, try and keep it to 3-4 and please PLEASE put a space between them. The first city image just blends in to the second image of the cop cars.

If you are aiming to get the bird's feathers (which is your point of focus), I'd suggest zooming in on them and make them more of a focal point of your frame. The way you have it, it just seems like you got the backside of a bird.

The BW city is too contrasty (as said). The bottom part is too black, I dont see details. The point of wide city shots is the detail. These shots can work well in BW, just watch the contrast.

The cop on the horse is ok... he is a bit blurry / missed focus. I actually like the girl in the billboard in the back more than the cop. The exposure is odd as well, with the lower right of the frame being very white. I normally dont mind a bit of blow outs, but when a good portion of the frame is like it, its distracting

The fire truck is cool. I dont like the fireman in there or I would of preferred a closer zoom in on the fireman. The image seems a bit tight and crowded, which might work considering NYC is tight and crowded

The night purple sky thing is way over saturated and is pretty blurry / lack of sharpness. Hand holding night shots isn't usually a recipe for success...and if you were on a tripod, stop kicking it when its trying to shoot :)

The last one with the hand is snapshotish...kind of tacky. Makes a nice vacation family style shot, is cute and funny, but it lacks any real interest. And if you are doing stuff like that, having this giant hand in the frame that is blurry doesn't really help.
