Not sure who to compliment you or your subject 
long exposures are tough but you did it nicely.
Lighting is pretty flat.
Posing: not sure if you posed her or she did it her self but it doesn't add to her and on contrary.
But you dragged the shutter and got a sharp image - GOOD!
