To my surprise I'm still getting female ruby throated humming birds in my back yard.

Your focus is spot on! Great job getting that one through the blooms. We did not have as many hummers this year as usual for some reason. I actually saw my first one of 2018 further north and much farther west than here in Pennsylvania, at least a month and half earlier than here.

Wow! Our hummers are long gone out here. How awesome! I'm hoping to plant some humming bird friendly flowers around here next season since I am too lazy to keep up with the feeders. Those red ones are super pretty! Do you know what they are?

Thank you. They're a honeysuckle vine and very easy to grow. They bloom most of the summer and into the fall.
