To me, the pretty flowers are contrasting with the wilted flower, death and rebirth. CC welcome!

Its a little too busy for my taste, I would clone out some of the flowers in the background to make the live flower more noticeable

Looks a little underexposed to me - very little of the colour of the "live" flowers is visible. Myabe you need to brighten it up a bit. My 0.02¢ FWIW.
