Heh, the cops are cool up at the waterfront and that's the USS Sullivans, a retired ship on display.

Absolutely LOVE the way the sunlight is reflecting off the ship in #1, awesome. The photo would be perfect if it weren't for the random stuff in the foreground, but oh well that can't be helped I guess.

I quite like the second photo where we can see the effect of the sunset, but not the sunset itself, and how it lights up the side of the boat in the lovely golden colour, and more even how it lights up the flags, mostly so those smaller top ones.

Your on the arctic coast? I bet the gives you plenty of opportunities to get great nature shots.

1 and 4 are my favorite, but 2 and 5 have some things that are kind of distracting and take away from the subject; They don't have something that they are supposed to clearly see first. Its a common mistake thought, I do it all the time
