Old Chimney - C&C Please!

Okay, I finally convinced myself to man up and post this. Really need your C&C on this one. Will take into account every single critic.

Shot with a Nikon P500 by the way, point & shoot.

The chimney is lost tonally below the edge of the roof line, and it is lost line wise in the busy, jumbled background that is the roof.

Lastly, it is to centered in the frame and loses dynamism.

Yeah the shot is definitely boring. I thought the B&W would make up for it, but looks like it didn't. Thanks anyways!
