Old Gitzo tripod

Hey guys, I've it a guy on Craigslist that has a "Gitzo 61220 Carbon Tripod and MH-1001 Ball Head w/Quick Release" or sale. He wants $300 for both. I can't find any good info on this model. I've been looking for a good used tripod. What do you think...yay or nay?

Can't seem to find any info on it, but Gitzo is a good name in tripods, and $300 for a Gitzo CF tripod & ballhead, assuming they're in good shape seems like a good deal.

Yeah, I'm guessing its a mistake on the name, but hopefully it'll turn out to e a good deal
