Pictures outside of Victor, an old mining town in Colorado:

Top of a mining conveyor.

Must've been some sort of tool shed.

Probably a pretty nice house back in the day.

Who wouldn't have loved to work here?

Chute off of the previous building.

Haha Got that little bugger!

Pretty much a statement of the area.

Possibly my favorite shot of the day.

great series of pics - looks like a fun place to hang out for the day - i like #4 the best

Great series. Excellent shots of the structures. 4 and 5 are my faves..

Wow, everyone in this forum gets to go see some pretty cool sights! I can't wait until i start traveling. Those are some really great images. I Like the ones of the broken down building. I dunno, old buildings just seem so cool. The one of the standing chimeney is the best.

Thanks for the comments everyone!

That's pretty much what that area was all about, is broken down buildings. The town of Victor istelf is pretty decrepit, and would make for some nice shooting...but the inhabitants might not take kindly to someone taking pictures of their misery.
