I'm assuming the wires coming out of the top of her head in #2 is intentional? If so I'd remove the slight gap and emphasise it a bit more.

I really love #1...lovely pose, nice light, beautiful model. #2...a bit too much background clutter for me with that. But I like the pose and the concept. #3...I found the base of the bed to be distracting. But I like the pose--very nice diagonal line there.
