Processing looks good, but all that stuff behind and around the wood pile is distracting. It would probably work better cropped tighter.

The more I look at it, the more I agree. I will get more of the foreground and less thicket next time I believe.

I think this has the potential to be a really great subject, and it's good that it's close by so that you can reshoot if needed. I don't know your experience level, but FWIW I'm a beginner and I'll just tell you what I think.

For me, this image doesn't really work, because I see a lot of mid-tones, and several blown-out areas, which, to me, makes the image rather muddy. See if you might shorten the depth of field a bit with a larger aperture to put the BG out of focus ... we care about the logs & their texture, not the forest leaves & vines & stuff. Good to know they're there, but not be distracted by them. I would put the focus point on that turned over log upper left.

Finally in post, see if you can work with the contrast & color channel sliders to pull out (or subdue) the colors you want & don't want.

Just some thoughts Good luck and repost another when you can, we'd love to see it.

Oh, yes ... and please size the image down a bit ... I usually keep the long edge no longer than about 1200 px
