The E-M1 III has much of the functionality of the E M1-X, but without the "trains, planes and automobile" deep learning assistance.

According to DP review: "[T]he Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III will be available from the end of February 2020 at a price of $1800 ($2400 CAD). It will also be sold with the 12-40mm F2.8 Pro lens for $2500 ($3300 CAD) or the 12-100mm F4.0 IS Pro for $2900 ($3800 CAD)."

Olympus make very nice photography gear. This is a very nice camera but very few things here would make me want to upgrade from the mk ii

That’s how it usually is, there is often to little a gain from one Mk to the next.

I have the first model and even that works fine when I don’t want to walk around with with the more heavy and bulky Sony A7 system. It’s definitely the best street and travel photography system you can get.
