Do you ever do anything but shoot tests?

I kind of like this one, though. It's simple. Dodge that odd little thing in the lower right corner up a bit so it's not so distracting, and you might have something here. Bit finicky in the darkroom, but doable.

Only when i keep being given lenses this is the 4th Jupiter and probably the sharpest on the Leica focus between Zorki and Leica is slightly different

Isn't using Jupiter glass on a Leica a bit like driving a Jag with a Diesel engine? Each to their own and all that, but some things just don't go together.....

It is the same design lens as the pre war Zeiss 50f2 planar the Russians took all the lenses and parts and plans after WW2, but i am waiting for a special 50F1.5 lens coming out very soon

Thanks Gary, some great photos there! If (no, when) I get a Leica M, I will certainly look into getting hold of some old Russian glass to use with it after seeing what is possible.

By the way, I like your dog shot.....but still don't want no Jag with a Diesel motor!

They make them, Audi finnish 1+2 at Le Mans the other year with diesel power. Im getting the new Voigtlander 50f1.5 in m mount its based on the 1950's version that still goes for £2500 on Ebay
