The scorching weather seems to subside a little. I took this opportunity to further experiment with Leica 50mm f2 R Summicron with a few casual protrait.
This lens really gives me a lot of room. It is a Cam I lens and 30 year old optical construction does not fail me at all. Even with such a harsh lighting environment, the lens renders more shadow details than most of pentax limited could offer me...
Here are a few shots from the St Kilda Beach, Melbourne, Australia.
All take at f2 but the EXIF always shows f2.4 All the metering data embedded in the images are not accurate.

1. I would've photoshopped some of those light poles out. They're distracting, especially the one growing out of his right shoulder.

2. Face over exposed as already mentioned up above.
