Yes it is actually on a 'small engine' repair shop in a small country town in Sth Gippsland, Victoria, the locals know where the mechanic lives so if he's not in the shop they just drop their mowers, brush cutters or chainsaws round to the house. I believe a customer and a friend bought the sign and mounted it up for him to reflect this.
