Opinions and some advice please

Hey I got back from Australia and whilst looking through some of my photos I found one that I like but would like to covert to black and white but keep the taxi in colour can anyone please tell me how to do this?

That said most people on here think that selective color is vary cliché and usually does not help the final image.
