I'd like to get an OVF for my nx300. I have the 18-55 kit lens. I know there are no OVF made by Samsung, but I'd like to get at least the next best thing, more for framing and composition in really bright sun.
Be it a cheap plastic one, or a second hand one, but not those big loupes for the screen.

What can you recommend?

How do intend to you work with that with regards focus? Can you lock AF and recompose with an aux OVF, or are you zone focussing with the lens stopped down?

There are quite a variety of OVFs and finders. There are dedicated ones for a particular focal length, ones that zoom through a range of FLs. There are devices like the Voightlaender Kontur which are used with both eyes open and project a frame line onto your field of stereo vision. Some of the old finders are very well built but aren't bright like a modern camera OVF. They're good for quite rapid framing, and the brightlines can be quite conservative in the FOV indicated.
