Looks appetizing! The lighting is very unique and the contrasting lines, shapes and shadows works quite nicely. Have you tried making it a very vertical crop, (as in cropping the sides off to the edges of where the light starts? That might help it be more appealing compositionally wise as it wouldn’t be right in the centre.
