Lensbaby Velvet 56 at f/2 or 2.8 usually. Occasionally at f/1.6 but the dof is so thin that I miss focus on most of those!

Well done. How would you compare your Fuji images to similar images from your old Nikon system?

I didn’t have the Lensbaby Velvet when I had the Nikon so can’t compare that but I think the Fuji handles higher ISO better than the Nikon 7100 did which is helpful since I don’t usually have a tripod with me. The technology is much newer so not unexpected.

For flowers I always used my Nikon 105 2.8. I think the Fuji 60mm produces similar nicely blurred backgrounds but the 105 was better at AF, the 60 struggles in low light/low contrast but is still my favorite lens.
