Great shot!!! I immediately thought that our "Winnie the Pooh" band aids would work out well in this photo. Beautiful lighting and texture. The Color/BW deal may be questionable (again,applicable in this shot). Generally I feel that it is a little obvious. Then again I have seen the work of amazing photoshop artists. Certainly there work has validity. I am fairly sure that it just comes down to making good art.
