Our local newspaper wants to use my pictures

We had a big fire last night. I got to the scene before the media and got some pictures. I posted them here (http://www.thephotoforum.com/forum/...fire-midtown-mall-downtown-binghamton-ny.html). Anyways, I posted them on facebook and I was contacted by the paper and was interested in using them. Anyone have any experience with this?

Here in the uk you would normally write a small article, 200 words and send it by e mail with the image resized to say 1-2 mb. then have a look to see if they printed it
