EXIF: D40 18-55 2.5s f/29 ISO 200 32mm Circular Polarizer processed in Capture NX with hypersaturation.
 
Yep that's over the top, IMO would cropped some off the right from the rock, that area just does not seem pleasant/pretty/attractive
