I like the tight framing of this, it's quite dramatic. Not bad for the black and white, either. Film or digital?

Perhaps try burning the left side (viewer's left side) a little bit so it doesn't blend into the background so much.

Very evocative photo and love the emotion, but ^^agree^^ the extra "stuff" on models right is distracting.
