The Palawan flowerpecker (Prionochilus plateni) is a species of bird in the Dicaeidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.

The scientific name commemorates the German zoologist Carl Constantin Platen.

You've got some crazy looking birds dolina!
This one works for me even if you decide to hang it upside down. I see he's called a flower pecker, but those look more like nuts to me.
I get the feeling you would be bored by some of our more common American birds after seeing your last few series.
Nice job again!
