Hi

I just gone through this images and love the background texture I know it must be some plugin in PS or something do you have any idea how to achieve this kind of paper effect

Surely it could be achieved in many ways, but I use textures just by adding one on its own layer, then playing with the layer modes (+opacity) to see what looks the best and then possibly masking some of it away.

An example
Here I just turned the texture into b&w and then put it on overlay, if I remember correctly, and then masked it off of her face. Easy.
