These are really cool.
This is no reversed lense macro photography, is it?
Did you just hold your camera or was it mounted onto a tripod.
I found it extremely difficult not to get camera shake when I tried to get close-ups of our Euro notes handheld with the reversed lens technique in normal desk-lamp light!

Gotta use a Tripod!!!
I just have a Macro lens, no reverse lens, and a small metal desktop tripod. For the lighting I use a half round piece of plexiglass over it that is painted white, and then I place a metal reflector with a 100watt bulb on top of the plexiglass.......It diffuses the light pretty good.
