Nicely captured, good reflexes on your part, but I don't think this is a pleasing composition. This time I can feel the subject isolation, but from the photographer. Maybe you should work a bit more on this subject, it seems it has a potential. I would rather see a bunch of peoples silhouettes in that bus, just single one is too small to be "important" for the overall compo. Maybe would be beneficial to have the top and bottom of the bus in the picture to. In here the top, non horizontal line is not to perfect and a bit disturbing as it is so strong. Other lines are also strange like the door line; vertical, but building lines in the windows are not. I guess the bus was on the slope and you concentrated on the bus only. Happens.
