Hi Twig.
I think you suffered a little bit from camera shake in this one. If you were shooting in Av mode then the shutter might have slowed when you were in the darker areas.

A tripod should give you a better result on this shot.

Just call it an impressionist piece. Nice colours in there though and the lines seem to draw your eye into to the shot nicely.
