Welcome to the Forum. You will find all kinds of friendly folks here quite willing to comment on any image that you post. The only thing that I would ask is that you number your images if you post more than 2 or 3. This makes it a lot easier for a reviewer to refer to a specific image rather than having to flip back and forth to ensure they have the right one for their comments.

I think you made a good start with this one. It has a fairly decent tonal range and the lines in the structure guide the viewer's eye through the image. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

I know a lot of people on here really like B&W, but for me I like the color version. Even with the harsh light, I like it better.
I love how the tree has real sooming feel in the second angle.
