pelicans of the wharf of my native city (valdivia). it is a quite nice place, where the animals coexist with people, the salesmen, the tourists, etc.

Love them i love the stark contrast of blak and white. Not to much gray. almost whiteboardish.

Wow, all of those are spectacular. They look great in black and white, that was a good choice!

Very stark contrasts, but all of them are a little on the dark side, so it seems, and some with a less bright monitor such as mine (which is very bright) might not get to see much detail in the second photo, for example.

In the first, I'd crop out the boat that one of the blurry seagulls. The one landing would still stay in the frame then and the focus would be all on the pelicans then.
