Pentax K-30 or Nikon D3200 or something else for video recording?

Hi all, I'm totally new to dSLR video recording, and right now I'm looking for a cheaper dSLR which has OK full HD recording and good quality pictures, and found these two dSLRs as the best choice.

So can someone make a good comparison which isn't from comparison sites why to choose one of these dSLRs?
Pentax K-30 vs Nikon D3200
Why Pentax K-30 has so big score compared to other?
What about accessories for Pentax, and what about price for good lenses?
Is it cheaper in a long-run compared to Nikon, cuz of built-in autofocus motor? As Nikon needs lenses with built-in motor...?
So, can you take some pros and cons from first hand?
Also, maybe some suggestions for another dSLRs in that price range...
