Thanks. It seems this guy is a local where I took this shot and that is his favorite perch. He didn't care how close I got. I will go back again and hopefully get an in flight. I came around twice for him and waited about half hour each time to see if he would take off. Of course just I turned around to leave the second time he took off and all I got was his backside.

I will next time. There is also a bald eagle there that has a favorite perch as well and supposedly I just missed him by 20min.
