I've researched for a while and can't find comprehensive info relating to permission to use photos on website. Understand this forum may not include legal aspects, but hoping anyway.
Situation is for photos of client's facilities/premises, in for a example a building project. The groups involved are client (owner), company carrying out the work, and employee (me). Photos are typically of work, not people (at least not discernible or identifiable).
Understand that permission is required in principle but the details are vague to me. For example is it possible to get permission from owner only, since it's their facility? And what if photo was not taken by me?
In all instances the photos would be representative of experience.
