Is there a program that I can get that will look at the pics in a folder and give me the information of for example focal length, f stops and such information of all pics in a given folder?? Thank you.

Windows built-in file manager can do that.

Nikon's ViewNX2 (came with camera and a free download) will also give it to you.

Thanks, I know I can get them one at a time but what will read the entire folder and give me a report on all of them?

No, it will not provide a batch report. I don't think Windows File Manager will do that, either.

EDIT: There seems to be a Python module that can extract EXIF from some raw files. I'll have to look into that and see what I can come up with.

OK. Neat. I wonder of the OS-X equivalent does that.
I've installed the Python module so I can try to program my own EXIF extractor - I love a challenge.

Better yet: Use the Icon choice with the Preview and Details panes.
