Photo restoration software recommendations needed (Windows)

Basically the title. I know you can restore and colorize old photos in Photoshop, but I'm not really good at working with it, so I wondered if there is a good software designed specifically for restorations. I tried using online AI tools like Nero but the free upscaler has limits. I don't mind paying for a good thing, but if I'm buying something I'd rather it be really good.

Any recommendations?

Check out Photoglory, it's a photo restoration program where you can restore and colorize old pictures.
There are also plenty of AI-based options like AIease and Photobooth online. From my experience, AI does a good job but manual tweaks are usually needed anyway.
