Photographing the MOON in the Landscape : Video Tutorial

More accurately, this is how to locate the time and position of the moon or sun at any time during the day, using the Photographer's Ephemeris. It's pretty quick and easy, actually.

Last month, when the Super Moon rolled around again, I went out to photograph it (too much haze for good photos, unfortunately), but there was a crowd of photographers milling around on the beach... and none of them really had any idea where the moon was going to rise.
