For what?

Displaying images of minors on the internet. Normally a school will have parents sign a blanket waiver for posting stuff to facebook etc..

There is no legal requirement in the USA for a release or a waiver to post photos of minors on the Internet for a non-commercial use.
Schools only need a parents permission for a commercial use.
